职位1:CFD Business Development

职位要求:
1)Location
Beijing or Shanghai

2)ORGANIZATIONCradle

3)PURPOSEDrive MSC’s Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) product lines including SC/Tetra, scSTREAM and scFLOW in China.

4)EDUCATION
·          Master’s degree in Engineering, or similar discipline, or the equivalent in education and experience.
·          Fluid dynamics and/or Thermal dynamics, or equivalent courses were taken.(Optional)

5)WORK EXPERIENCE
·          5-10 years of experience in selling technical solutions and service to the engineering industry such as Auto, Machinery, Electronics. The best is CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations using CFD software such as SC/Tetra, Star-CCM+, Fluent, OpenFOAM, or PHENICS (optional)
·          Some experience in managing others: Pre-sales and indirect sales channels.
·          It’s better to have sales experience to sell technical products into Japanese companies in China. Experience with CAD/CAE/PLM vendors or Japanese background distributors are preferred
 
6)KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
·          A very good knowledge of CFD market and technology ( optional)
·          Strong negotiation skills and the capability to interact with customers at all levels.
·          Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build one-to-one customer relationships.
·          A rigorous working approach and the ability to prioritize activities.
·          Advanced knowledge and experience in the CAE marketplace.
·          Advanced knowledge of project management processes and strategies
·          Advanced knowledge of business development and tactical marketing
·          English communication is required (optional)
·          Fluent Japanese is preferred
 
7)DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
·          To direct all sales activities to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.
·          To directs all sales support activities, including pre-sales technical support, contracts, administration and sales planning/administration.
·          To plans and directs schedules and budgets.
·          To sell directly or indirectly CFD software and services in China
·          To manage major accounts in this field
·          To participate to CFD software promotion and lead generation.
·          To screen and look for qualified partners to build up strong Ecosystem for Cradle
·          Co-ordinate works between region and HQ in Japan

 
 

职位2:SimManager实施工程师

职位要求:

1) 计算机相关专业或工程专业(机械,力学,航空航天,车辆工程,结构工程等)本科以上学历;
2) 掌握JavaScript/JAVA/JSP编程,XML语言, 熟悉B/S应用系统开发及相关的应用服务器Tomcat、了解数据库(Oracle等);
3) 具有信息化平台项目(SDM系统,或者PDM、TDM、其他装备制造业研发平台等)实施经验;
4) 了解主流CAE分析软件的应用,或具项目管理经验者为佳;
5) 5年以上相关工作经验(硕士学历3年),或具备一定的项目实施和开发经验;
6) 希望在仿真平台咨询业务领域长期发展;具备团队合作精神及良好的语言表达和沟通能力;良好的英语交流和写作能力;
7) 工作地点:北京。
